The new ACH Series Wire-to-Board connector was originally designed for a DC power supply application and has a 2.0 Amp current rating for both the 2 and 3 circuits using wire sizes 28 AWG. These low-profile connectors have a height of only 1.4 mm (.055”) and a width of 4.3mm (.169”). Uniquely constructed, these 1.2 mm (.047”) pitch, wire-to-board connectors feature a socket half that is mated with the header from the vertical direction, while the wires come out from the horizontal direction of the socket connector. The ultra-compact, low profile design provides the flexibility for applications that need high performance connectors in tight spaces.

The ACH disconnectable, crimp style connector series is currently available in 2 and 3 circuits rated 2.0 A (AC/DC) (AWG #28) at 50 V AC/DC. Wire sizes AWG #30 to #28 are accommodated. Temperature range is –25°C to +85°C (including temperature rise in applying electrical current.) Header plating is lead free and complies with European RoHS directive. Headers are provided on embossed tape for automatic insertion equipment.
