JST's website is case sensitive. Please make sure you are using capital letters. If you are not sure of the exact part number, try using an * as a wild card. If you still have problems, please contact the Technical Assistance Center at 866 578 3111.

2.) I found the part number I am looking for, but multiple series are listed. How do I know which one is the right one?
Often, the same JST part is used in different connector series. To determine which is the series you are using, do a search on another part number in the same connector assembly. The common series in both searches will be the series you are looking for.

3.) I found the connector series I am interested in on the JST website, but no part numbers are listed.
Usually, a connector series has a link to a PDF. Part numbers can be found in this file. If there is no PDF link, please contact the Technical Assistance Center at 866 578 3111. We will be happy to give you the part numbers.
